Keezer's is located at 140 River Street in Cambridge. River Street is the one-way street that runs from Memorial Drive to Mass Ave in Central Square. River
Street is parallel to Western Ave, which is one way, from Mass Ave to Memorial Drive.
Driving from Boston or Brookline:
Take either Storrow Drive or Memorial Drive westbound.
From Storrow Drive, take the Central Square/ Mass Pike exit. Take a right onto River Street Bridge. This becomes River Street. Keezer's is located on the right-hand side shortly after the 3rd set of traffic lights. There is a little parking lot before the building.
From Memorial Drive, heading west, take a right turn directly onto River Street shortly after the Polaroid building.
River Street is the intersection where there is a Mobil station on one corner and a Shell station on the other. Keezer's is located on the right-hand side shortly after the 2nd set of traffic lights. There is a little parking lot before the building.
Driving from Allston or Brighton:
Take Cambridge
Street toward Cambridge. Keep going straight, and it will go over a bridge, where it changes to River Street. Counting the traffic light at the far end of the bridge, Keezer's is located on the right-hand side
shortly after the 3rd set of traffic lights. There is a little parking lot before the building.
Driving from Newton and points west:
Take the Mass Pike (I-90) east. Get off at exit 18, Allston, Brighton, Cambridge, which is a left exit. After the tolls, bear right to
Cambridge.
Go straight over the bridge, and that is River Street. Counting the traffic light at the far end of the bridge, Keezer's is located on the right-hand side shortly after the 3rd set of traffic lights. There is a little parking lot before the building.
Driving from Lexington and points west:
Take Route 2
east.
It will turn into Memorial Drive. Once on Memorial Drive, take a left turn onto River Street at the first gas station on Memorial Drive. There is a Mobil station on one corner and a Shell station on the other. Keezer's is located on the right-hand side shortly after the 2nd set of traffic lights. There is a little parking lot before the building.
Driving from Somerville:
Take Prospect Street toward
Cambridge.
Once Prospect Street crosses Massachusetts Ave, it turns into Western Ave. At the 2nd set of traffic lights after crossing Massachusetts Ave, take a left turn onto Howard Street. Take the next left onto River Street. Keezer's is located on the next block on the right-hand side. There is a little parking lot before the building.
Driving from Quincy and points south:
Take I-93
north to either Storrow Drive or the Mass Pike (I-90). From Storrow Drive, follow directions from Boston. From the Mass Pike (I-90), follow directions from Newton and points west, except exit 18 is on the right, not the left.
By Public Transportation:
Take the Red Line and get
off at Central Square.
When you get out of the station, walk to the nearest traffic light. Set back from the intersection, there is a large red brick church, called the First Baptist Church. Walk toward the church, and then along the right side of it. That is River Street. Keezer's is about 5 minutes from the T station on the left-hand side.
